At Acambha we have a strict quality control to ensure every item is up to our quality standard before we ship. Below are our policies in regards to returns:
Acambha will accept returns and exchanges if your item is damaged upon receiving the order. We must receive an email to email@example.com within 7 days of package delivery.
Please provide a full description of the fault, along with images. After inspection of the case, our team will get back to you with a store credit or we will ship a new item, if the same article is still on stock available.
When sending back the item, make sure it`s unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in original packaging
In case you have changed your mind, we can accept returns. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order number within 7 days of receiving the parcel and stating the reason for return.
Please note, that we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping, parcels lost in transit and damages if package was not properly packed.
We can only accept return for unworn, unaltered and unwashed items, that are send back in the original packaging.
A store credit or exchange will be arranged once we receive the item back in good condition.
ACAMBHA reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
ACAMBHA styles are made in limited numbers and we cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available at the time of exchange. If the style or size you require is unavailable you will be issued a store credit or a refund.
We are also not responsible or accountable for garments being returned. We advise to use trackable services and email email@example.com with your tracking number.
