We accept creditcard payments via Shopify Payment
Your payments are securely transferred using Shopify Payment checkout.
Shipping destinations
We are shipping at no cost within Asia, to Australia, EU and USA.
Estimated delivery times 3 to 8 days and this does do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes or other unforeseen events we do not take responsibility for.

Tracking of shipment and shipping time
Our orders ship from Bali by courier, we will send you a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow 2 days to prepare your order and 3 to 7 days for shipping.We don`t ship on week-ends and Balinese public holidays.
International shipping may incur duties and taxes in some countries. Please check with your local customs regarding duties and taxes in your country. Acambha is not liable for these costs
Cancelled Order
We are unable to accept any cancellation once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at destination at recipient’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, in which case you should contact the courier.

Taxes & Duties
We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subjected to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"] and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Acambha, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Acambha.
